Our kickboxing mentoring programme uses Kickboxing and the mentorship of champion kickboxers to connect with young people who do not have access to role models they can look up to. The programme supports young people from disadvantaged communities by creating new opportunities for them and supporting them to make the most of existing ones.
We aim to create an environment where personal growth and development can take place; participants will partake in weekly kickboxing classes, learning the basics in kickboxing techniques. Pupils will then have the opportunity to have weekly discussions with a champion kickboxer about the mental and physical discipline in addition to the small changes in habits and behaviour required to succeed in kickboxing and life in general.
